Oedipus Strip is a wheat beer brewed by Oedipus Brewery in Amsterdam. The alcohol content is 5%. It is light yellow in color and cloudy. A white head forms on top of the beer. Flavors of coriander and citrus predominate. This wheat beer was brewed in collaboration with the neighbors at the Skate Café. An ode to the vibrancy and community spirit of the Hamerkwartier community in Amsterdam-North. We recommend drinking Oedipus Strip at a temperature of 5 degrees Celsius.
The Oedipus beers are brewed by Oedipus Brewing in Amsterdam North. The four owners and good friends decided to enter the market in 2012, after two years of experience brewing beer in their own kitchens. Oedipus also has a tasting room where beer lovers can enjoy themselves to the fullest. Oedipus has already won hearts in Amsterdam's hospitality venues and specialty beer shops, and now the brewery is targeting a larger audience. With the Oedipus Strip, the brewery certainly has a delicious summer wheat beer on its roster.
