Weijsbeer Bock from Brouwerij De Blauwe IJsbeer is a fantastic Weiss Bock. With an alcohol percentage of only 6%, this is a delicious thirst quencher. The freshness, full-bodiedness, and character of bock beer make for a wonderful flavor combination. This bock beer is a high-fermentation beer brewed with water, barley malt, caramel malt, hops, and Weiss yeast. Due to its freshness, we recommend drinking this beer at around 5 degrees Celsius.
